I met my now fiancé on Tinder when I was 61lbs heavier. Just my experience. Not to say I didn't have bad online dating experiences but for me it worked out.

220lbs to 159lbs. 5'7"

I weigh before cooking. The pasta package usually indicates that. Any oils or butter added is also measured. If you weigh raw, use the raw entries in the database.

Baked potato or anything I can roast really quickly.

Maybe eliminate it for a day or so and see how you feel.

I have felt very uncomfortable (harassment is kind of subjective, describing how the interaction made me feel seems more appropriate) at the gym recently. A man has made a few comments such as "you're looking good", "nice job", and winking at me when I got nearby him while doing walking lunges. I wasn't prepared for the…

Yikes, run away.

I don't but do log the cardio.

It does nothing for weight loss.

You've lost weight being in a calorie deficit. Has nothing to do with eating eggs. But happy something has worked for you to get you into a deficit. I love eggs also.

Change your eating schedule: preplan your meals and save the bulk of your calories for dinner.

It's a tool I use that is important but it's not the only tool. If I don't use that tool, I have others I can use but I like to get as much data I can. Happy Scale for iOS is great at trending my weight too so I don't freak out over fluctuations.

Oooh I take it back. Only sold in WalMart and Jewel in Chicago. Not gonna happen.

A cow with a sweater on! Worth trying for that.

How long was the distance you walked? They may be calculating it like: 130lbs x 2miles (guess) x .33 = 85 Also, did you add any other exercise today? What is your activity level set to?

Curious, what exercise do you do to burn 600 calories? Eating exercise calories back won't 'ensure' weightloss but it will help fuel your body so you can continue working out and decrease the desire to binge from hunger. Not eating exercise calories back can increase the rate of your weight loss which can be harmful.

Also, if lifting weights is a new thing for you, you might be retaining some water from new exercise. But almost always, the culprit is not logging your food intake accurately.

Ah yes, explains all of my problems with obesity. :-)

Why am I not already skinny?

Soup!

Oh and egg whites! I was eating like 3-4 eggs a day until I discovered the beauty that is an egg white. Oatmeal and pb2 are also really helpful. Sorry for the multiple replies, I just increased my protein (110g) as of late and struggled with it at first. Don't forget fiber too!

You can lift weights, be very active, and still not lose weight. Losing weight requires you to eat less than you burn. So, I'd recommend focusing on not exceeding your calorie goal and using exercise to help with that. Exercise also for fitness/overall health.

I'll say this too, double check your entries and make sure they're capturing the correct nutrition information. I have an old, incorrect salmon entry that sometimes gets pulled in on accident. My fiancé caught it when I sent him dinner a couple of weeks ago. It made a big difference!

Yes, it'll suffice.
-
Cheese, slice deli meat, lean meats, dairy, beans...lots of beans.
-
I eat them back and have lost pretty consistently. Some days that's my only form of exercise but I'm set to sedentary so I like all of the extra calories I can get.
-
The fitness instructor is way, way off. Your tracker seems pretty accurate.
-
Something is off in your equation, either you're not properly measuring the calorie in (easier thing to measure with a food scale) and/or you are over estimating the calories burned.
-
You really won't know until you try. I've never recomped but I hear it can take a really long time. So depending on your patience...maybe stay in a deficit, less cardio, more strength training, up the protein to maintain existing muscle, lose the 10 pounds and then start a bulk? Or if you aren't in a hurry then recomp.

This! Also, don't compare yourself to anybody.
