  I'm only running 20days this month. Fly out on Fri 20th for family trip to Singapore, Malaysia + Indonesia for a 3 weeks- so will 'run see' when/where I can. On that basis... Going for 120 miles.

  Morning all. Got in 5.0M at 09'50. Ran all 31 days and got in 179miles - so met target and then some.
