@LFindlaymfp - I have trouble with binge eating, too. I went public with it on here several weeks ago and now I publicly keep track at the bottom of my posts. It really has helped with accountability…7 -

What works for me is planning out my day. Pre loading it into MFP. And maybe have dinner in the crockpot waiting for you when you get home so you don't have to do much work for dinner. Or eating a sn…7 -
