I did IF last late summer/early fall and lost some weight. But then the holidays hit and I completely stopped and gained it all back plus more. I started again Feb 29th and have lost a few pounds. I’m doing 16:8/17:7/18:6 or basically whichever fits for the day. I’ve tried “clean” fasting and I don’t know if it’s sustainable for me. When I put in a little unsweetened almond milk and creamer it really helps me go longer. But then it’s a “dirty” fast. I’m still tracking my calories, too. I get 1360 a day.

Do you all do “clean” fasting or “dirty” fasting? I still put cream in my coffee with some almond milk. I’m trying to slowly limit it over time to go to strictly black coffee. Also I try to do 18:6.
