    This is my first challenge! I'm trying to achieve a certain round number on the scale to go with a milestone in mid-November, so my goal is a little aggressive (1.7 lbs per week), but, what are challenges for if you don't challenge yourself? Hmmm...I tried to use the guided goal setting tool in MFP and even when I boost myself to 90 minutes of exercise per day 6 days per week, it won't give me a weight loss per week greater than 1.1 lbs. Maybe 1.7 lbs is too unrealistic? Nevertheless, that's what I'm going with.
