Up 0.2lbs this week. That's not too bad, considering the amount of junk I had. Next week I'll do beter with my eating.
I wore a t-shirt to the gym yesterday, that was slightly too tight around the stomach just a few weeks ago and it was baggy!So even though the weight is going down slowly, I'm shrinking. I think I'll have to start taking measurements too.

Hi everyone
Logging this one day early as i am on holidays for a week - Italy!! Could be carnage; red wine & pasta. Who cares!!

I had a good week until Friday when we left for the TX State Fair and Red River Showdown (first time to attend this iconic event). I had high expectations to eat as healthy as possible but still try some of the famous fair food. Well....lets just say corny dogs, beer, fried oreos, beer, fried bread pudding, beer and some fried olives to be healthy are not in the the database. I did not even bother to keep count. I drank lots of water, walked 15,000 steps and ended the day with a salad but I wasn't feeling great. But what a shock to get on the scale today....and be down. Very confused. Maybe dehydration? The body is a strange machine. Anyway....I will get back to basics and focus on feeling healthy and moving a lot this week.
Goals for this week: Exercise every day. Log my food. Drink more water. Read. Get ready for one last fun weekend away in LA - where there will be no fried fair foods to speak of.

This week was my return to logging and being accountable for my fitness. Feels great to reverse the process of gaining and back to accountability. This forum has been a fantastic motivator...
