I would love for you all to join me on a 12 week weight loss challenge! We are a little over 12 weeks till the end of the year. Let's bring in 2020 with a healthier YOU! Let's encourage each other, and share as many tips and recipes during this challenge.
Here is my lifestyle that I will be partaking on during this 12 week challenge:
- Low-carb lifestyle (under 60 carbs daily) - not Keto
- Intermittent Fasting (16 hour fasting/8 hour calorie intake window)
- 1 gallon of water daily
- 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar w/ the Mother
- Workout 4-5 days per week
- 1-2 cheat MEALS a week, NOT A CHEAT DAY
Current Weight: 245lbs
12 Week Goal Weight: 215lbs (2.5 lbs a week)
Final Goal Weight: 175lbs (weight-loss), 190lbs (bulking weight after weight-loss)
