    • 15:9 Intermittent Fasting schedule - Currently 14:10 going to 15:9 on the 23rd so this challenge is right on time
    • Workout 3-4 x/week - This will change hopefully as we get further along in the challenge

    I would love to be part of this! Most of my past friends are not active. Please ADD Me!!!!

    I am following IIFYM with success on my first week :) I do C25K three mornings a week. Weight lift three times a week. If it is nice I walk during lunch at work. I walked almost everyday last week but this week we are back up to the 90's. I can't get that sweaty in my office casual clothes.

    175.0 happens to be the weight I have listed on my driver's license. For an added incentive, if I am not that weight by the end of this challenge, I will go to the DMV and change my license.

    How is everyone doing on day 1 ? I just had my first meal off my 16:8 fast! Broke my fast with 2TBS of APV, egg whites, green peppers, onions, and uncured turkey bacon , and 1/16 cup of shard cheddar cheese. Rolled all into an omelet - well not the ACV! Oh and I had 2 bottles of water.

    If it does it for you, then do you. It's not my place to 'should' on anyone...

    ...I see in your post that your plan is low carb (not doing keto), and your breakfast looks fantastic, but how do you intend to hit your target calories in your 8 hour window to make the 12 weeks without burnout? Do you have a monster lunch planned?

    My cheese count has been like at least 4 oz over breakfast and lunch (among other high fat foods) everyday over the last 20 days and I still find myself low for the day.

    But hey, I'm not your doctor, or your trainer, or your dietician; I've just seen myself burnout quite a few times on a plan by starting off too low. Be careful.
