    Hey :)

    Thanks for the motivation - I'm in!

    Doing 18/6 IF, bulletproof coffee, trying some Michael Mosley ideas - 800 cals/day and doing high protein 5 days, 2 days veg/no protein. Some intermittent sprints and will be increasing exercise / pilates ....- Let's see how it rolls!! :)

    How is it going? Everyone hanging in there? Share some fun workouts you may have done today!

    Meal2: Apple & Tuna in Water (can) Meal3: Popcorn! about 3 cups Meal 4: 4oz chicken breast, romaine, shredded Parmesan, and 1tb of Cesar dressing! Meal5: tilapia, broccoli, and cauliflower rice.... NOW if I get hungry one more time I am all about protein, so I will have another piece of tilapia if needed.

    My goal for this challenge is to power through the Halloween & Thanksgiving holidays and avoid as many temptations as possible to show a one pound loss per week. Out-of-town Christmas shopping travels will be the biggest challenge!

    How is everyone doing on day 1 ? I just had my first meal off my 16:8 fast! Broke my fast with 2TBS of APV, egg whites, green peppers, onions, and uncured turkey bacon , and 1/16 cup of shard cheddar cheese. Rolled all into an omelet - well not the ACV! Oh and I had 2 bottles of water.

    Sounds yummy!

    Not happy but i weighed.

    That 4 lbs more than last week. Idk how. Actually i know how. Ugh.
    But no more skipping meals and binging on snacks. I went grocery shopping and i have what i need for healthy meals. And a schedule to get some workout time. I dont wanna be just talk. I wanna be healthy

    Are you willing to change your license if you fall short of your goal?

    I'm in. Current weight 256.6 lbs. Highest ever was 270. Joined ww and lost 27 lbs then life happened with stress at home followed by a family bereavement so since then have put on 13 lbs. Don't want to ever go back to what I was originally as I was always put of breath and couldn't walk far. I have been doing ww online but seem to be on a cycle of loss gain sts. So I have decided to go back to basics and monitor every calorie that enters my mouth. I don't have a goal in mind by New Year as when I do that I set myself up to fail so any loss would be a bonus. My aims for the challenge are to log all my food and get back to my exercise classes as that has slipped recently

    I’m in but will only weigh in/do a body scan at the end of the challenge. I will be working on eating in a more structured way, and focusing on macros. Also working on upping my NEAT and formal exercise 2-3 times a week. Thanks for setting this up!
