Did not have time to workout this week but I managed to avoid binge eating, so good start! Gonna do healthy meal prep next week, look forward to it haha

I hope it's not too late to join! I've been trying to lose weight but I kept losing control and ate a lot of late-night snacks due to stress. I would like to join a community to keep myself accountable. I don't really mind my weight (it's in a healthy range) but I would like to look fitter. I really hope I succeed this time!

Didn't do to good this past week on increasing my water intake. I will work harder on increasing the water intake this coming week.
Also, work on doing upper body exercises to strengthen my arms, and taking a few extra steps a day as I'm able to.
