I use fitbit, and every once it awhile it pops up saying I've been swimming (exercise). Well, no... I haven't. I finally figured out what I'm doing that makes fitbit think I'm in a pool. It's folding…5 -

Getthebabeback - thanks for the link. I'm a big fan of Dr. Hyman, and keep up with his books, etc. Food impacts us in so many more ways than just caloric value.4 -
