I'm down 1-2lbs (depending on the day) so not much of a change, I've been MUCH more active though and have a lot more muscle definition1 -

I would strongly suggest investing in some adjustable dumbbells - I love mine, I started off with 2-5kg and I'm now up to mostly 8-13kg per hand (at 159cm and 57kg), nothing wrong with *starting* lig…1 -

You can pretty much eat anything you want - in theory one could eat nothing but, say, candy (tho that would be very unhealthy) and still lose weight. I still eat pizza, lasagna, etc - I just monitor …6
