It’s okay! My weight has been stagnant this last week as well! I think of it this way: I’ve been carrying this weight around for months, not going to stress about 1 week :)3 -

Sure the content is mostly water, but coffee and tea are also diuretic so I don’t count them into my 6 glass a day consumption. The amount of water doesn’t affect my weight much, but my skin looks be…14 -

Neither :( my period diet for the first 2 days is usually Cabernet Sauvignon + Ferraro Rocher, consolation for the literally, gut wrenching pain.5
