All I know are the advantages of Japanese shirataki noodles (zero calorie, lots of fibre), but do any health conscious MFPers know if they’re secretly bad for you? They’re very tempting if I can go nuts on the noods and not worry about calories

Russian twist + tailbone

Baby steps to core strength?
This is pathetic, but I’m following YouTube videos for core strength and realized I can’t even do 1 full sit-up or plank for more than 3 seconds. What are the baby steps? How accurate are elliptical machines?
On calories burned? When I do 30 mins, it tells me I’ve burned 250 calories but is it even accurate? It’s a pretty cheap machine that I got from Canadian Tire (about 400$). Too many eggs a day?
Quick google search says 2 a day, I have trouble eating enough protein+fat so 3 fits very nicely into my diet, will the cholesterol really harm me? I mean..Gaston ate 5 dozen when he was a lad, 6 dozen as a man.
