I weigh every day, but only record changes. When I get 3 or 4 consecutive readings under or over my target range, I’ll change my calories. Individual readings mean nothing.5 -

Dancing. You can start at whatever pace and duration you want. I went from 15mins of ponderous dub reggae, to 90 mins of hardcore techno over the last year. 😂2 -
