No new lifts from me for a couple more days. Somehow dislocated a rib/cartilage in sternum and have been asked to take it easy. So I’m throwing it back to my first pr attempt at what looks like 225..…10 -

5-6 times a week at the gym, but life keeps me active as well so though I don't call it a workout, I'm still up and moving. It really depends on my goals as to what I do. Legs/Lower Body twice a week…2 -
