I do actually think eating the same things at the same times every day is underrated. For cutting at least, but even on maintenance or a bulk I still tend to do it a lot.2 -

Chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. The original bodybuilding staple meal gets so much flak and is actually delicious - I'm eating it for lunch right now and do almost every day.2 -
