I had a bro sesh. Shrugs, pull downs, rows, curls, rack chins, and hamstrings. Seems like a weird combo but I’m on a powerlifting program so my accessory day is always like that.1 -

I usually go with 1 or 1.2 grams per lb of body weight but I think considering the amount you need to lose to get to your goal weight .8 grams per pound of body weight should be good. That’s basicall…2 -
