Best of luck with your logging. The minimum a sedentary male should be eating is 1500 calories a day. Plus you should be eating back your exercise calories.3 -

Please make your food diary public, and if you aren't losing weight than you aren't in a calorie deficit. Are you using a food scale and logging everything that you eat?3 -

You look the same in all of the pictures. I'm the same height and weigh 9 lbs more, but I look about 20 lbs heavier. Based off your previous post if you are trying to lose weight you need to start us…4
