On your previous post didn't you say that you eat between 1200-1500 calories a day? If you were eating that you'd be steadily losing weight. You wouldn't be eating at maintenance.9 -

I'm also 5'7 and if change my weight to 180 and set it at sedentary my TDEE for maintenance is 1841 calories.2 -

I have PCOS. I don't have to take any medications, and I'm steadily losing about a lb a week, by being mindful of my calories. Since you are predebetic a referral to a registered dietian might help.7
