Just reinstalled the app after a visit to the dark side (slimming world) which did not go well. UK based and up for friends/motivation1 -
70lbs gone
At my heaviest I was 23.5st…..lost another 7lbs this week so today I’m at 17.5st….target weight 14st (I think) - more friends needed if you want to join the journey and push each other along17 -
