When I need to cut, it takes about 2 weeks to adjust. If you're still starving at that point, I would add some calories back and see if you can still lose while eating a little more.1 -

Try planning your whole days food by the time you finish breakfast. Maybe the night before. Don’t make food decisions throughout the day when you are hungry. Make them ahead of time so you already kn…2
