I do but I also don’t eat every calorie back because I assume my Apple watch is is not fully accurate. I lose weight around 1350, so getting in a 150 cal workout so I can have a snack actually works …1 -

Are you in a deficit? If you KNOW you're in a deficit, then those pounds cannot be fat. They could be plenty of other things because our bodies are full of things that "have weight" and flu…2 -
