I like Guiness, it is dark and heavy but surprisingly low in calories. I also tend to drink it slower. Moscow Mules are also good but watch out for sugar ginger beers.3 -

It is more that I can now stop. When I first started if I had one chip the bag would be gone in minutes. Now I can take 5 chips and be perfectly happy with that.1 -
