At the beginning of 2021, my A1C was 6.1--in the pre-diabetes range! Yikes. Today--one year later, it is 5.3. Firmly in the normal range. Motivation to keep doing what I've been doing.16 -

60 lbs down. 20 more to go! (sorry the pics are so big) Feeling so much better, but unfortunately, the weight lose seems to have made me look a good deal older. I'm 64.40 -
