Start small then it's not so overwhelming. Start just by tracking your calories, try to sub full sugar drinks for diet soda, maybe try to aim for maintenance calories just while you get back in the z…2 -

I just have a hot drink or glass of Diet Coke and just stick it out. Cravings pass.2
