      Re: I ate over 4000 calories today....Like Others have said just log it, But I don't agree on letting it go. You should go walk/workout for a 3 hours tomorrow to try burning some of the calories and do a small fast tomorrow1

      Re: Replacing cows milk with almondI love vanilla flavored almond milk. I think the benefit is that you aren't drinking hormones. If you feel tired of the almond milk there is soy/coconut/ and cashew.3
