I recommend Garmin. I had 4 Fitbits which all didn't last more than 2 years before I had issues with the glue of the band or the battery or problems with the hardware. I've had my Garmin since June and I found it significantly better overall.

Health and Environmental Reasons. I watched What the Health and realized how corrupt society has led me to be deceived. I’ve been reading How Not To Die by Michael Greger and I’m really surprised by the science. I’m a Biology Major and I recently took Botany so I know plants have phenotypes and components which can benefit…

I agree with the previous posts. I personally buy produce from the Dirty Dozen list. Example: Apples. I personally can taste the difference in organic personal size watermelons. In my experience I found the watermelons to be sweeter (or maybe it was because it was local).

I currently have a Fitbit Blaze. I plan on upgrading to a Garmin because it fits my need. I've personally grown tired of Fitbit's products as the cons have accumulated over the 4 product changes I've bought over the past 6 years. A big con for myself would be the band's glue will dissolve leading to the total product…

I would read the ingredients label (Specifically in the US) It states whether it contains Milk, Eggs in black under the list saying "Contains (Food Items)". I would recommending focusing on Whole Food Plant Based Vegan (Currently I'm switching from a junk food vegan diet). Some products contain a V meaning vegan, but don't…

To have an background with nutrition as I've read that General Physicians do not have the proper background in nutrition; it's not part of their medical school curriculum other than a workshop. I would only trust a Registered Dietitian because they have the proper education or if the doctor has taken measures to become…

Hey, I messaged you the resources which I refer to for information. Remember like any diet there are ways to gain weight. I would highly recommend avoid eating processed mock meats / processed food that would fall under as a Junk Food Vegan. I'm not a nutritionist so I can't give the direct advise, but I will recommend…

I just made this mistake of overeating in carbs! I didn't look at a serving size from a pancake mix and only followed the instructions for the waffles. When I entered the data I was in shock. Utter shock!. I guess today will be my intense cardio day with HIITs and dancing. My lesson was learned. I know this happened to me…

Like others have said you can drink and coffee if it’s within your calorie deficit. My only concern is sugar. Also I buy instant coffee at home so I have the control to the amount of sugar and cream I put into my coffee.

5 years ago I couldn’t run a mile. I joined a local training group to train for a marathon. My first practice involved me running out of breathe just by running to the corner. I ran the given distance and worked on improving my stamina during 26 weeks. The one thing I learned from becoming a long distance runner is that I…

I've been eating a junk based vegan diet for almost a year now. I learned late that certain ingredients mean milk which I wasn't educated meant milk like whey. 2019 I will start eating more whole based plants with my rice cooker / hybrid mix. I for one think a vegan diet is the best decision I have done. I've read the…

I love vanilla flavored almond milk. I think the benefit is that you aren't drinking hormones. If you feel tired of the almond milk there is soy/coconut/ and cashew.

I tare a small bowl and measure the amount of oil

I'm not sure how far my advice can do to help but I found a PDF about protein for a plant protein *Since you take Vega Protein* vegetariannutrition.net/docs/Protein-Vegetarian-Nutrition.pdf

Well based on my own experience Fad Diets don't work. Eating healthy for me means reaching your daily vitamin intake and avoiding greasy processed food. Increasing my Vegetable and Fruit intake. Just Track your foods and understand that nutrition is important but if you are just starting out just do calorie tracking.

I’m inspired that you excersise 7 days a week which makes me want to push myself to do that. Currently I do 4 days, but last year I was doing 6 days (but I was feeling better than ever). I guess I can start doing 45 minute at home workouts to get myself started.

To get from grams to mg you do a simple conversion # / 10^-3 . Now if you want to find a higher number like kilo you will do # / 10^3

I would suggest Stopping. Try a calorie deficit diet and you will be more successful

Well I use my fitbit. It depends on which workout you are doing. The 45 minutes cardio can burn 250-450. (It all depends on how overweight you are)

I always do this: Eat something small, Workout. Then By the time dinner comes eat a vegetarian burrito. I've read a study saying your body will burn calories from your initial workout throughout the day. Now I say stay away from the cheese because there is no telling how much salt there is.

Based on my research on research and searching/reading different studies that have been conducted. I would say a plant based diet. I'm trying the plant based diet because of the benefits. I have never seen an morbidly obese person from eating plants. I've personally went on a very strict fish & Veggie diet (no eggs or…

Herbalife is just a pyramid scheme. Don't support those sorts of business models. I think you need to see the overall picture of what you are eating. The first post has really great information.

I remember watching this. https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZbPjIoqhAuE I saw find the beans that you enjoy eating. I know I despise peas, so I suggest just buying small quantities to find what what you like best.

From my Internet research: Avocado Salmon Roll 304 calories for 6 pieces. Meaning each is 50.67 calories times 8 = 405.36 [Base is found] Plus the Spicy Mayo for 2 tablespoons is 158. Plus 60 calories for 2 tablespoons of eel sauce leads to the Total amount of: 623 Calories.

Listen. I had a class that offered and it was dominated by males. I was one of the few females in the class that tried working out. In the end of the day I would suggest just trying and learning. Life is about Trial and error

Oh gosh, this is how I get up in the morning to walk. My neighbor downloaded the app and each time we arrive at the checkpoints the servers crash :/ . It's really fun and annoying at the same time. I find the game entertaining because I spend 1 hour and 30 minutes of my life walking around town.
