I'm not a vegan either, but salt, pepper, and salsa. Butter or coconut oil, if that's your thing, but I prefer mine without them.1 -

I have the $100 fitbit, which is ok. But I also have $20 mifit, which i like so much more. It fits better, it tracks sleep more accurately, and the battery lasts 2 weeks, vs 4-5 days for the fitbit.3 -

I heard that lots of people pre-log their day, so I started trying it. I love doing it now. Because I'm bulk cooking my meals, and then logging them, I can make everything fit into my cals and macros…1
