I may eat more than my calorie goal in a day, but I always log it. I don't call that cheating. I find the whole concept of cheating would undermine my mind set. YMMV.6 -

Everyone seems to be assuming you meant macros. Can you clarify whether that's the case? If you meant micros, MFP is pretty limited in the number of micronutrients you can track.1
