You have to remain in a calorie deficit, which means logging and counting everything every day. Get a food scale and use it and use the correct entries on MFP. Log every day. The weight will come off.5 -

Try a serving of wheat bran daily. Insoluble fiber bulks up the waste and moves it along. Make sure to drink plenty of water as well.1
