Update. Oatmeal with peanut butter and jelly mixed in is freakin awesome! I should note, I made overnight oats so they are cold. Will try cooked oats next....2 -

The body will convert excess calories into fat, regardless of them being sugar or not. IMO, focus on adequate fiber and your sugar intake will take care of itself...12
