You don't need any of this stuff. You really don't have to buy special food to get healthy, lose weight, and be more energetic. Just eat a generally healthy diet and get some exercise.1 -

Indeed. I "crave" overeating. Regularly giving in to that craving doesn't work out very well.2 -
