I didn't really notice much of a difference until about 30lbs down. I'm now 61 pounds down and noticing all kinds of changes.9 -

I was able to put on, button AND zip a pair of my teen daughter's jeans! They were like a second skin and they are not at all flattering yet, but....soon :-D26 -

The other night during my jog, I jogged 12 consecutive minutes! My mini goal was to push it from 6 minutes to 7 minutes....I just kept going after I hit 7.26 -
