Does it have to be psychological? Can't it just be a personal preference? I like the feeling of being a little over-stuffed. Feeling not hungry after a meal is fine, but it's not as satisfying as fee…3 -

IMO, your deficit is too high. I'm 52, 5'4", ~120, have no thyroid, was not not technically overweight, and lost on 1720 calories a day. Eat more and you'll feel better.4 -

I see the fat and protein macros as minimums, not maximums. I focus on getting enough protein, fat and carbs fall wherever they fall. Usually fat is over 60% of my diet, I guess I really like fat.3
