The Shefit Ultimate Sports Bra is adjustable is several different directions so you get a really good fit and it keeps the boobs strapped down tight. I'm a runner and it's the only bra that's worked for me.

I use the SheFit high impact bra. It keeps everything strapped down tight without being uncomfortable. The best part is that it's adjustable in every possible way so that it fits perfectly.

MFP doesn't use TDEE it uses NEAT. With TDEE you figure out what your total calorie expenditure is and deduct 10% or 20%, whatever suits you. You will not eat back your exercise calories because exercise is already figured in to your calorie allowance. NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) uses the calories you expend…

Eating before running would upset my stomach. When I run in the morning, I run on an empty stomach. Sometimes I might have half a banana, but that's it. If I'm running in the afternoon, it's at least 3 hours since lunch, so I'm okay.

If it's just a head cold, running will usually help me feel better. Anything below the neck or with a fever means it's time to rest.

I just don't accept friend requests. I had way too many weirdos early on.

I prefer to listen to music especially on long runs, but that doesn't mean you have to. Do what works best for you. Sometimes there's nothing better than silence.
-
I use an iPod Shuffle that clips on to my clothes for music, and I don't carry a phone or keys. You might try one of these if you have to carry stuff, https://flipbelt.com/flipbelt?gclid=Cj0KCQjws_r0BRCwARIsAMxfDRjPHn1RAYvDR-HfiR7Cr9Yg-J9I56ybgNNHKIPGouBZ5ZVJ00BJJ6QaAktVEALw_wcB

Weigh the avocado (excluding pit and skin) and use the USDA entry.

I get up before the sun comes up to run in the summer. It's the only way I'm able to run as I can't tolerate the heat.

I live out in the country and it's pretty rare to come across another person while I'm out for a walk or run, but when I do we keep our distance. Residents out here seem to be doing a good job of social distancing. I have heard complaints about out-of-towners clogging some of the more popular hiking trails and fishing…

Bundle up in layers and get outside.

You're right, I hadn't considered cross country skiing.
-
It absolutely is for me.

I thought all the ski resorts were closed?

I set my work station up in a guest bedroom because my husband is using the dining room table as his work station. I live on acreage and there's always something to do, do I don't get a chance to get bored. Plus I have a gym in the basement. Since I'm not commuting, I'm getting more exercise time in.

I don't get it. I'm pretty sure the OP has moved on my now.

Why would you respond to a 9 year old thread?

Menopause? That's what it sounds like to me.
-
It would not be healthy to try to lose 6lbs of fat in one week. Please don't do this.

One of the best parts of travel is the food, so my tip is to try as much of the local cuisine as possible and enjoy!

I'm on week 2 of HRT, so I'm hoping to see improvement soon. Edited to add: This took me by surprise as both my mother and sister had NO symptoms with menopause. No hot flashes or anything.
-
I had no symptoms of peri-menopause, but menopause hit me like a ton of bricks. The hot flashes are horrible and debilitating. I get 10+ per day and they're not just a warming sensation. It feels like I've been dropped into a pit of fire. Insomnia makes the rest of life more difficult because I'm so tired. It sucks big…

I had in done to my elbow in November 2019. It was so painful for the first week that I was regretting having the procedure, but after a couple of weeks of physical therapy, the pain was gone except for first thing in the morning. After six weeks of physical therapy my arm felt better and stronger than it had in a very…

I grow/raise and hunt much of our food, but I don't know if I could be completely self sufficient even if I dedicated every inch of my ten acres to food production. I try though, and luckily I live in an area with lots of farmers/homesteaders who are open to bartering, so that helps. But we both work full-time so I'm not…

I've never found the need to taper my running before anything shorter than a marathon. I do, however, stop lifting at least a week before a race. My legs feel so much more fresh if I haven't lifted recently. Edited to add: I'll typically run 15 miles two Sundays before a half (all of my races have been on Sundays), then 10…

Worth every penny.
-
I need to feel full, so I have three regular meals and maybe one snack in the late afternoon. Mini meals would leave me feeling hungry all day long.
-
I sit down on Sunday and make a meal plan for the coming week. From that meal plan I can make a grocery list. This system makes it easy to know "what's for dinner" and makes it much easier to stick to a budget.

What do you think is unhealthy about regular flour made from wheat?
