Hello!
I usually eat a whole avocado with a meal, so my question is how many servings are they in a hass avocado ? how many calories for the whole avocado?. Thanks

    I believe it's 80 calories for 50 grams of avacado, but agree with the above poster check the usda site.

    An average sized avocado is about 150 grams and 240cals

    Avocados are very calorie dense and the typical size of one will depend on where in the world you are, what kinds you have available to you, and what season it is.

    Weigh that sucker and log it by the gram
