How long did it take you to get the muscle gains you wanted?
I've been lifting seriously for about 5 months now and I'm starting to see results. I have not reached my goals yet, but I'm seeing the mass come on slowly.1 -

I don't want to get old. I'm 45 and want to stay healthy. I love results...knowing I can lift more than the week before. I love being able to do things I couldn't do before.1 -
