I walked and dieted away 150lbs. Walking helped a bunch, but maintaining a deficit doesn't require exercise. I just prefer to eat more, so keep walking so that I can have more than 1200 cals a day.10 -

Lost 150lbs while going through the change. Keeping it off will be the bigger challenge for me as my arthritis worsens and calories bought with exercise stop being available, but for now I'm ok. :)5 -

Also, baking flavors like vanilla, almond, etc will work in hot coffee, but not iced unless you added it while the coffee was hot. (Otherwise all you taste is alcohol. Learned that the hard way tryin…2 -
