How do you track cals burned on a trampoline
I'm only doing a few minute at a time to get used to it as I'm quite heavy so ìts hard work. Not sure how to track the calories thanks :)1 -

My calorie intake is around that too, i eat 5 meals a day, im always feeling stuffed! Before i used to eat 3 meals a day and was always hungry in between, i started 4 weeks ago and i have lost 10lbs …2 -

I worked in a bodybuilding gym years ago and i swear id rather smell mens body spray or perfume over BO, i swear ill never forget the smell of mens BO whilst training, was so bad! I would say yes!2
