My favs... all the savory foods. I love holiday meals. My non favs... all the sweets. Never really had a sweet tooth. My only weakness is pecan pie and I didn't make any this year.1 -

That's what I do. Nothing off limits. Fit what I want into my calorie goals. I personally lean towards savory foods and fats for satiety.7
