I haven't taken the time to read if anybody touched on it yet but my first thought was dehydration. With that comes lower blood pressure, which can result in dizziness.2 -

No, you are not. Exercises don't reduce areas, eating in a deficit does. You can do all the abdomen exercises you want, but if you are not eating in a deficit, you will not lose fat.6 -
