Started out with a tight US 6, probably should have worn an 8 tbh. Now I'm in size 4. At this rate I'm assuming I'll be a size 0-2 when I get to my goal. ETA: Started at 172, currently ~159. 5'4"…3 -

Today I weighed out my breakfast (bagel w/ cream cheese and mandarin oranges) by grams instead of "eyeballing" the amount like I normally do. Weighed down to the gram! I read it really help…13 -
