I lost weight my first time "dieting" without a food scale. Just logging whatever was on the box for pre-packaged meals and estimating for things like an apple. My weight loss slowed and ended up completely stopping around 20lb lost (from 172lb starting weight, so around 150ish pounds). It's doable if you're being honest…

When you go to add a new food to your diary, there's a little button that says "Sort By" on the right hand side above the list (for desktop). Click "By Name" For mobile, not sure on iOS devices but for Android it works the same.

First, most commercially bottled creamers are dairy free, or at least the ones I've ever used (Coffeemate, Lucerne, etc). Second, I find that for me personally it is 200% worth the extra calories/sugar/whatever. I don't enjoy my coffee the same without it.

I know I "should" but I don't. Like you, it makes me feel bad and not want to keep logging. I know that if I did log though it would probably shame me into keeping on track. But instead I just skip it, get it out of my system, and continue later when I'm "back." It overwhelms me.

Though I've never been pregnant I can relate to your struggles with anorexia. Please remember that you and your baby deserve your happiness and recovery.

I bring leftovers, usually, and pack my husband either a bean burrito or an egg salad sandwich.

I walk for 45ish mins/day (my lunch break is one hour, so I walk then) average 5x per week. I walk every working day and then on my flex schedule I have every other Monday off work, so I go to walmart and walk around there a bit extra while shopping. If I had more time during working days, I would like to walk more.

I still have frequent tab on desktop but I use Android too and when I opened the app today it gave me a walkthrough for the new style/update they added. If you have the update on the app, click where it says "Most Recent" and it'll bring up a drop-down menu with "Most Frequent" as an option.

Not to be too forward but are your underwear/pants too tight? General weight loss and wearing underwear that were ACTUALLY my size (not trying to fit size S/M on a L butt) made my hip dips go away. That was about a 20lb loss from 170ish lb. I'm sure it was mostly the weight loss but I feel like it probably helped not…

So far on THIS particular journey, once. But I've lost and gained the same 20ish lbs different ways in the last decade. This time my highest weight was 173, and thought 145ish seemed right. But now that I'm around 152ish, I think I'll lower it again.

To add on to the "getting more water in each day" part, try a straw. Dunno why but a lot of people (myself included) drink more water with a straw than without.

Wow if someone yelled at me like that I'd have a huge problem :D

My mother-in-law gave us a HelloFresh box once. It was hamburger with some weird onion on top. Not too exciting and not worth the money imo (at least not for that one). It also took a really long time following their directions just for a burger. Having all the ingredients already was cool though.

24, 153ish pounds, goal is somewhere around 130s I think but haven't fully committed to a number yet.

We go to Vons because it's a block or two away from the house. But we occasionally go to Walmart or Costco depending on what we need. Sodas, water, Monster energy are more for Costco. Regular groceries are all Vons unless Walmart has a particularly good price on dry goods. Never buy meat there, though. Gross.

My best friend and I have always agreed that the hardest part about going to the gym, is GOING to the gym. Once you're there, it's not so bad. Just get yourself to the gym, even when you don't feel like going. Maybe once youre there, you'll stay.

I've been there. It's a struggle for a lot of people, I think, learning to diet vs learning to make a lifestyle change. You have to permanently change your eating/exercise habits.

My grandma and parents made me play a sport until junior high. We did those community sign ups for basketball, softball, swim team, etc. But I also snuck snacks and food and gained weight. I grew out of it eventually but it's good you're working toward stopping it early. Some people never grow out of it. I still have a bit…

From 173lb to currently at 153, I can SOMETIMES see a difference but not always. Mostly in the mornings.

My mom usually roasts broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots (and potatoes but I see that you can't have those) with a drizzle of olive oil and whatever seasoning we feel like having (usully garlic, sometimes something spicy).

I'm just shy of 20lb down (around 17ish maybe?) in 6 months. 5ft4.5in, 24 y/o female.

I'm at 5ft4 and started at 173lb. I know that my stomach has gotten smaller progressively from the start, but I'm just now noticing "hey, my stomach looks really different" at 152lb. I hold my weight mostly in my legs and butt, though. Pear shape here.

I had SNAP a while back but only because it was a block from my house. Its hard to made excuses not to go when it's less than a 5 min walk from home. It's a lot more expensive than other gyms in my area though.

Spend your weekend meal prepping. Pack some granola in a little baggie, some berries, and a cup of yogurt. There's a super easy grab and go breakfast. For lunch on my super busy days, I'll just toss a whole salad kit bag in my lunch box. The caesar lite kits are around 300 for the whole bag. Or bring a baked chicken breast…

Maybe it's just be but I find it to be a total drag, too. It's only a few minutes out of the day, sure, but it would be nice to just sit down to a meal with my husband instead of getting to the table later than him after weighing everything. To grab a snack and not have to worry about weighing/measuring it before eating. I…

At 154 pounds, my maintenance right now is around 1900ish. But I'm still losing. 5ft4.5in and 24 y/o

Popcorn, pickles, halo top or the skinnycow ice creams are all lifesavers.

I have a Charge 2 fitbit. I like it. I've been using fitbit for a few years now and got this one when it came out. It seems pretty accurate imo, except in the wind. I emailed fitbit a while back because on windy days I noticed that its giving me stair counts. Apparently it has something to do with atmospheric pressure.
