* bagels w/ cream cheese * bring your own parfait (yogurt, strawberries/blueberries, granola) * bagged salad kits * lean cuisine (watch your sodium though) * sandwiches * big bowl of fruit * Chips/veggies/crackers/pretzels with dip/hummus/salsa * "adult lunchable" - crackers, some cheese, turkey breast, and fruit like…

Same here. At least one cup per day but lately 2 cups per day, with 2 TBS of creamer per cup. Worth it imo.

Also, how are you calculating your calories burned? Inaccuracies and going over a few times a week is enough to blow a deficit or lessen it. But in reality, 3.3lb per week is a great loss.

20ish pounds in 8 months but I'm at the low end of my goal, losing slowly. Also crossing back and forth from losing to maintaining pretty frequently.

Dinner. I tend to want to snack at night, but am usually fine in the mornings/afternoons. This way I'm full all the way through bedtime. Also I eat breakfast/lunch at work, and my husband isn't dieting so I'll usually make a "normal" meal for dinner and prepare our work meals separately.

Sandwiches, leftovers, or just a huge thing of fruit for me. But I like to bring breakfast for lunch sometimes too. Today I'm having a bagel for lunch

What about chocolate?

I don't like any seafood. Gross. Wish I did though.

I absolutely never recommend anyone to go by BMI. It's interesting to read about, but not useful to go by.

I take the veteran approach on it. Eat what you want, it's only one day. Get back on the grind the next day. If anyone's really worried about it, do a turkey trot or walk after dinner! I have a weigh in for a challenge I'm doing on the 26th, so I'll be a TAD more careful than usual but still enjoy what I want and however…

Toss some oil, avocado or nuts on your salads/meals?
-
I log it as accurately as possible. Which means nearly nothing is weighed, but I do log it per item (3 pieces of candy, 2 tacos, 1-16oz milkshake) etc.

I think we're having leftovers/freezer meals. Might make some bean and cheese burritos for my husband. Mine will probably be this chicken veggie "stir fry" thing we had last night. Pizza sounds like a good idea though :D Maybe if my husband is feeling it we'll get a thin crust pacific veggie from Dominos.

popcorn, gum, any other veggie. Sometimes I'll have one of those crystal light packets or the hawaiian punch ones for 10cal. sunflower seeds keep me busy so they help too.

I bought my Nike a few years ago and they still hold up fine. Now to be fair I wasn't using them daily until the last year, and the year before that a few times a week, but they're still in really good condition. Were you walking at all before? Or were you sedentary and jumped into walking 5-6x/week? Have you considered it…

I kept mine for a while but then realized it was like giving myself an "ok" to gain weight back. I don't notice I'm gaining weight as easily if my clothes are all baggy. I don't think I have anything from my bigger days. The nice ones I give to my sister in law. Everything else goes to my mom's house for her occasional…

I was only able to wear my "skinny" work pants for a month or so before I stated gaining weight again. The pants were tight even when they DID fit. After I gained they wouldn't go halfway up my thighs. Now they go on again and button AND zip! but they're still a tad too tight to be comfortable for all day work wear. That's…

Probably a mini road trip or vacation somewhere. My husband and I like to take long drives and it would be nice to get away again. Also kind of want Tieks flats but can't justify spending so much on one pair of shoes. Maybe a tattoo. I guess we'll find out what I picked when we get there.

I didn't have mine very long but it actually made me have a 7 week long period. Switched as soon as possible to the Nuva Ring. Also made my libido nonexistent. And then I gained 20+lb. So really it was a terrible experience for me. I've heard of the ring, the pill, etc all being able to be taken consistently to skip…

I hate that as I get closer to my goal weight, I have to be more meticulous about my logging. Why can't I just scan a can of corn and select "whole container"? Why do I have to measure everything in grams? It's so tiring, but I know I have to. Also exercising. I've gotten away with just walking up until now. I've been…

Someone said a few pages back that certain milks didn't work

A lot of flavors are hit and miss. But the salted caramel is really good and worth it. I also really like the peanut butter cup but it does have that artificial taste a bit. Chocolate is gross and icy. Cookie Dough, I'm not sure if I had a bad batch or what but mine tasted like rubbing alcohol. Birthday cake is pretty…

Someone once posted here that the weekend (Fri-Sun) is 3/7 days of the week. That's HALF the week not being on track. Really put things into perspective for me. Also I still have pizza and drinks and whatnot, but am more careful in the mornings, and make sure to get some kind of exercise in before going out. Dominos has a…

Sometimes I bring those dessert flavored Yoplait yogurts when everyone else is having cake or whatever for someone's birthday. It helps that my coworker who sits next to me is also "dieting" so we usually just leave the area together

My husband makes my coffee every morning (he wakes up earlier than I do) and it also comes out to about 100cal. 2TBS irish cream coffee creamer, 3 splenda, and the largest setting on the Keurig.

Cinnamon flavored gum and sunflower seeds help me.

I have steamer bags and I LOVE them. Just pop in some veggies with a tablespoon of water, and microwave according to instructions printed on the bag. So, so convenient for when I don't feel like I have the time after work, or just feeling lazy. They even take sweet potatoes/regular potatoes. ETA they don't come out mushy.…

My husband and I frequently go to Yuma AZ. We live about an hour into California. We've missed a couple of flights and movies because we either forgot about the time change, or thought we were one hour ahead instead of an hour behind lol

I burn about 300cal per 6000 steps so it's not out of the ordinary. But I get my steps at noon on my lunch break, brisk walking in an average of 85-105 degree Fahrenheit weather. Lately with cooler weather it's been about 250cal/5000 steps in 85-90 degree weather. ETA I'm sedentary other than my walks, 5ft4.5in tall,…
