Hey everyone! I know there are a lot of amazing success stories that are longer term (good on you for sticking to it!) But right now I'm looking for some short term goal motivation from all of you who are crushing it! So tell me your best progress in 6 mos! I would especially love some experiences / pics from people who stated weightlifting routines.

    Thank you! @Senata76
Down another 9 pounds since that photo. Slow and steady it keeps coming off. Hopefully your hubby will be inspired :). So much better being more active with my kids and life in general. Still feels like nothings changing some days, but just keeping at the plan pays off!
