Mfp tells you to NET 1200. That’s different than EAT 1200. 1200 is my NET goal and is less than a pound a week and I have ~30 lbs to lose. MFP tells me to log my exercise and eat those extra calories…9 -

I wouldn’t choose whole 30 for GERD as a number of frequently triggering foods are included in those allowed. Meaning-the foods that are restricted aren’t restricted because of a likelihood for GERD …3 -
