Eat a lot of protein around 180 grams a day. Keep your carbs complex oatmeal brown rice etc. Also try to avoid sugar as much as possible. Also drink plenty of water gallon a day at least. I would say…1 -

Water can help fi you up so you eat less. Also speed up digestion if your organs are hydrated they work better.1
