Eat a lot of protein around 180 grams a day. Keep your carbs complex oatmeal brown rice etc. Also try to avoid sugar as much as possible. Also drink plenty of water gallon a day at least. I would say should see results within 90 days. Also hit the weights hard and keep cardio to around 20-30 mins 2-3 days a week.

Water can help fi you up so you eat less. Also speed up digestion if your organs are hydrated they work better.

Was at Bush gardens last summer and could barely fit on some of the roller coasters. I said oh he'll no and went head first back into fitness. Trying to get the body back from college haha we will see.

In with ya boss ever since I got hurt playing college ball I fell off the wagon. Then my son was born and i needed a change been hitting the gym simce getting back into shape. I'm also outside if Cincy.

I tend to prep a lot if chicken Brown rice and pasta sides. I also switch up the meat with pork. Those steamer veggies are quick and easy too plus taste amazing.

Because it spikes insulin levels and blood sugar levels. You are going to burn that off through out the day. It is a great snack gives you energy for the day or for a workout. It is also a great source of fiber give some take some.

Try to eat lean proteins with little fat. Such as tuna chicken pork or high red meat cuts such as sirloin steak. Also eat complex carbs Brown rice oatmeal wheat pasta whole grains. Avoid fruit in the evening sugar contents are to high turns to fat. Also green yogurt is a fantastic snack with some gronala. Hope this helps.

Loose the weight gradually. Make sure you don't loose more than 2 pounds a week. Also they make creams that can help from what I hear you can look into that?? Goodluck though

Hitting the compound movements bench pull ups overhead press don't focus on the isolation movements as much such as curl or push downs for example and nutrition a lot if nutrition
