I did that when I first stated to lose. After 4 month I stated to track then realized I could have been eating way more than I was and still lose. I am glad I learned that lesson soon rather than lat…6 -

Just take it day by day. And for exercise be sure it's something you like to do. If you hate it, it's easy to find excuses and not do it.1 -
Re: new scale weighs differently
I had the same type of scale switch and it was a 9 lb difference. I had to go from the 200 lbs to the 100s twice! I just went back to my original weights and individually added 9 lbs to each weight.1 -

I would have no problem wearing the clothes but I like the way my shoes feel and fit. I would hate to get a blister because the shoes didn't feel quite right. Let us know what you decide.1 -

I suggest putting some yogurt in a smoothie too. When I forget to I don't enjoy the smoothie as much.2
